Brooke Greenwald, IBH-certified Medical Support Hypnosis Practitioner (CMS-HP)
At Brooke Hypnosis, my mission is to help you tap into the natural power of your mind and body to heal, grow, and thrive. Hypnosis is not about giving up control. It is about reclaiming it.
Every session is personalized to your needs, using your own words and goals, so you remain in full control at all times.
My approach is simple, empowering, and practical, helping you feel better, live freer, and move closer to the life you want.

Why I Do This Work
Like many of my clients, I turned to hypnosis when nothing else was working. After years of diets, pelvic floor therapy, and traditional medical treatments for IBS, I felt stuck and frustrated. I felt dependent on outside solutions and unable to truly heal.
When I discovered hypnosis, everything changed. I experienced real relief, gained control over my body, and discovered the profound connection between the mind and gut.
That transformation inspired me to pursue advanced training so I could help others facing similar challenges.
Today, I am honored to support clients seeking help with gut health, pain and symptom reduction, pre- and post-operative care, stress management, and corporate wellness.
My passion is helping people like you find freedom, relief, and a renewed sense of possibility.
My Training & Approach
I bring a unique blend of science, compassion, and practicality to my practice.
Education & Behavioral Science: Over 20 years in education with a master’s in special education, plus 13 years as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Medical Hypnosis Training: Graduate of the Hypnotherapy Academy of America (HAA), whose rigorous program ranks among the top 5% nationwide. Certified Hypnosis Practitioner (CHP) and Certified Medical Support Hypnosis Practitioner (CMS-HP), credentialed by the International Board of Hypnotherapy (IBH).
Practical Tools: Each session is supported with free self-hypnosis recordings, stress-reduction techniques, and actionable steps you can use in daily life that are personalized and individualized.
Integrative Focus: I work alongside healthcare providers to ensure hypnosis complements medical care.
What makes my approach unique is that hypnosis is not presented as a “quick fix.” Instead, it is a process of empowerment that gives you tools to use long after our sessions end.
Integrating Social Work and Clinical Hypnosis
In addition to my hypnosis practice, I am a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) with a Master of Social Work degree.
My background in social work, combined with specialized training in clinical hypnosis, provides a deeper understanding of the biological, psychological, and social factors that influence health and well being. Together, these disciplines inform an evidence informed, whole person approach to supporting individuals facing chronic medical conditions, stress, anxiety, and life challenges.
I enjoy collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide compassionate, patient centered care that complements ongoing medical treatment.
Who I Work With
Individuals: Seeking relief from gut health issues, pain, symptoms, or surgery-related stress.
Professionals: Managing stress, sleep difficulties, or lifestyle changes.
Organizations: Building healthier, more resilient teams through corporate wellness programs.
