Hypnosis Safety Notice – Important Information: Hypnosis is an educational and self improvement process that facilitates access to a person’s internal resources to assist with solving problems, increasing motivation, or altering behavior patterns to create positive change.

The education of hypnotherapy is classified under Human Services in the Health and Human Services Division of the Classification of Instructional Programs by the United States Department of Education. The services provided are also described in the Dictionary of Occupational Titles published by the U. S. Department of Labor, see code 079. 157. 010.

Hypnosis is not a substitute for medical treatment or psychotherapy. Brooke Greenwald does not practice medicine or psychotherapy and her services are not a replacement for counseling, psychotherapy, psychiatric, or medical treatment. No service or product provided is intended to diagnose or treat any disease or illness, psychological or mental health condition.

Medical support hypnosis is used only as an adjunct to conventional medical treatment. Consultation with a licensed physician is required before medical support hypnosis services are provided.

You understand that all Services and Products provided by us are for educational and self improvement purposes only. You further understand that Brooke Hypnosis LLC does not provide and Brooke Greenwald does not practice psychotherapy or medicine. Her Services and Products and the Services and Products of Brooke Hypnosis LLC are not the practice of psychotherapy or medicine and are, therefore, not offered as a substitute for counseling, psychotherapy, psychiatric or medical treatment. Consultation and/ or referral from a licensed physician or mental health professional may be required before hypnosis services are provided.

DO NOT listen to our Recordings when you are involved in anything that needs your full attention. NEVER listen to the Recordings while driving or operating machinery. Only listen to Recordings when you can safely relax or sleep. DO NOT listen to any of our Recordings if you suffer from epilepsy or a serious psychiatric condition. If in doubt please consult your doctor. If you are under 18, you may ONLY access the Site or purchase Products from us with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

Pilates & Hypno Pilates Safety Notice:

There are risks involved in Pilates and/ or Hypno Pilates training. These health risks include but are not limited to the following: dizziness, lightheaded, fainting, nausea, muscle cramping, musculoskeletal injury, joint pains, sprains and strains, heart attack, stroke, or sudden death.

Brooke Hypnosis LLC is not a licensed medical care provider and has no expertise in diagnosing, examining, or treating medical conditions of any kind, or in determining the effect of any specific exercise on a medical condition. If a participant has any injuries or other health concerns; s/he should participate in Pilates and/ or Hypno Pilates training only after discussing with a doctor and gaining their approval.

Use of our Products and Services: Our Products and Services may ONLY be used for your own personal, non commercial home use. YOU MAY NOT use any of our Products or Services for any commercial purpose. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, public performance, broadcasting, hiring or rental or use of any of our Products or Services is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. If you are a professional therapist or practicing hypnotherapist then you may only use our Recordings or content from our Services as a reference material for your own professional development. However: YOU MAY NOT: (1) make copies of or otherwise reproduce or use our Recordings or Services or any their content, (2) hire or rent any of our Products or (3) play any of our Recordings to your clients.

Refunds and Returns: All sales of Products and/ or Services are final sale. There are no returns, refunds or exchanges for any Services, or Products including: hypnosis sessions, Recordings and workshops for any reason.
